Macro Trinket Slot 1
Jun 26, 2018 I'm trying to make a make that includes my 2nd slot trinket, does anybody know what the item # for it is. I need a macro that will show the tool tip for whatever is equip in my trinket slot and will activate that trinket when pressed. I would modify it for each trinket slot and to activate the Nitro boost tinker on my belt. All gear slots have numbers. 13 and 14 are the trinket slot numbers and can be used for any macro. 3.1 All Paladin Macros Booch's Macro. This is a modified version of the above macro, here's what it does: Clears your target if it's dead. Targets your focus's target if: you have none; your target is friendly. Clears your target if it's out of range. (Similarly, for later macros, it will display the first command that it can activate, so you can see what it is you’re about to do.) If you want to do one for your second trinket slot, you’d use: #ShowToolTips /use 14. Once you’ve got that basic setup, you can modify this to use any usable item – such as: #ShowToolTips /use Super. Not a french speaker but from what I am seeing you are trying to macro too many abilities in on the same button. Ideally you would want something like this: #showtooltip Combustion /cast Memory of Lucid Dreams /use 14 /cast Combustion the /use 14 slot is for bottom trinket, 13 is for top trinket. Yes - there are multiple ways of identifying it: - simply the name of the trinket: /use Token of Strength OR /use 13 (top trinket slot in character pane, 14 is the bottom).
Macro Trinket Slot
Shadowstrike Macro:
Uses [Backstab] or [Shadowstrike] depending on your stance.
Shadowdance Macro:
[stance:0] prevents you from accidentallyactivating [Shadow Dance] twice.
/cast Shadowstrike prevents you from accidentally using [Backstab] after activating [Shadow Dance].
You can add this 2 conditions if you want to, [Specter of Betrayal] or any other on use trinket is usually lined up with [Shadow Dance]. [Symbols of Death] gets usually used pre [Shadow Dance]. This means this condition will never trigger but would allow you to use [Symbols of Death] together with [Shadow Dance] during the animation.
it's still recommended to use 2 macros in case you don't want [Symbols of Death] to line up or if you don't want to use [Shadowstrike].
Marked for Death / Death from Above Macro:
Uses [Marked for Death] or [Death from Above] depending on what Talent is used.
Same but with mouseover for [Marked for Death].
Vanish Macros:
My personal version of the macro, prevents you from accidentally using [Vanish] when out of combat.
Nightblade Mouseover Macro:
Use [Nightblade] on mouseover, uses nightblade on the target if no mouseover exist.
Trinket Macros Classic Wow
remove @target if you don't want the macro to only work on mouseover.
Shadowstep Mouseover Macro:
It's often quite nice to have the option to [Shadowstep] a target via mouseover during a fight.
Item slot Use Macro:
Uses the Item slot, can be used for Trinkets, Rings or Engineering Enchants.
